Annual Homeowners Dues
The SHHA annual fee is $700.00. Invoices are mailed twice a year by the treasurer on January 1st and July1st. The SHHA fee is due within 30 days. If you prefer to pay the dues in full, it is due January 30th. Late fees are assessed interest at 18% per annum.
