The role of the Architectural Committee is to review and approve any work to be executed on the exterior of the home ensuring that any changes are consistent with the CC&Rs. An ARC Request Form must be submitted to the board when plans include changing the color of the home, the footprint, or materials used. This includes landscaping changes to the front and back yard of the home, siding, roofing, fencing, decks, screenings, pergolas, aggregate driveways, awnings or gazebos.
